Alto, I am inspired by your activism to create a unique and valued response to Charlottesville. Those of us outside the medical field rarely, if ever, consider the hurdles and restraints of the emergency medical response teams. If we are in the thick of it — be it a group emergency or a personal one — we are quick to complain when a response is slower than our expectations, not considering how many factors influence the response time. Stepping up to fill that gap is admirable and courageous. Thank you.
