Ann, one of the things I loved about my yoga teacher was the way she adapted poses for individuals in the class. She knew our challenges and limitations, like my back issues. She'd always preface a new pose with special instructions for those that might find the position troublesome. That's the advantage of small yoga classes!

Although, for various reasons, we no longer attend her classes, Ben and I continue to do the yoga stretches we need the most - ones that work the back and neck. And, our bodies are so grateful!

So pleased that you learned adjustments that work best for you. Yoga is, after all, about flexibility, isn't it? Flexibility of body and mind.
