Desiree, I've spent most of my adult life in Florida where, as a peninsula, we enjoy clouds of great grandeur. Our cumulous and cumulonimbus clouds are breathtaking in their majesty.
After living in Florida for a few years, I moved to Atlanta, staying for 5 years. What I missed the most about Florida were the clouds. Clouds in the Atlanta area were flat and dull, covering most or all the sky. Always a sluggish shade of gray that felt like sadness. When I returned to Florida, I wanted to hug the sky and all its clouds! They welcomed me home and I've never left them again.
