Excellent advice, Kat of Magik — being in nature, using herbs, connecting with the earth. It’s important that we stay grounded and connected during this pandemic. Even a few minutes of sunshine can be helpful. If you are reluctant to go in public or are under self-quarantine, find a sunny window and stand in the rays for 10, 15, 20 minutes. If you are able to go into nature and still adhere to the social distancing guidelines, please do so. Take a walk. Sit in the sun. If you can’t, drink herbal tea and watch a nature program on TV!
