Fascinating article, Inge. You made me thirsty for spirits - even a little glass of wine - but my digestive system would rebel. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy reading the history of spirits in your country. Who knew that making what is sometimes called "hooch" here, when produced illegally, could be so interesting?!
