Good job, Shaunta, although I am sorry you endured bad grilled cheese. In spite of the simplicity of the recipe, if it can be called that, I’ve experienced many terrible grilled cheese sandwiches in my life, to the point that I never order them out anymore unless recommended by someone I trust with food advise and those are few.

I committed to joining you on this daily challenge and read a book about writing, actually this one is journaling, each day this week for at least 10 minutes. Only one day was the minimum, the others I read for 15 to 45 minutes. The book I am reading is A Year in the Life by Sheila Bender.
