Great haiku, Lisa, and the recipe is an added bonus although I don’t do sourdough. With just the two of us, and the Captain is diabetic, we can’t have that much bread or other wheat products around. Besides, I work too much. But, I am sure others will enjoy making your pancakes.
I am definitely a pancake fan — pretty much the only breakfast food I’ll eat in a restaurant. The best pancakes I’ve ever eaten were in Canada and not in one or two places — all pancakes in Canada are superior. I don’t know what they do differently but their pancakes are extraordinary. And, Canadian butter on top — oh, my, there’s nothing in the world like it. Like the pancakes, I’m not sure why their butter is so much better than ours. Wish I could import it!
