But, I must confess to you and to Elsa that I definitely do not speak Spanish, as all the Spanish-speakers in my family will confirm while laughing. I know a few words that I may or may not be able to string together, but I intimately know Google Translate!! FYI, my pets probably know more Spanish than I do! I know, for a fact, the our Pekingese Chanelito did. When he came to live with us he only knew Spanish. In fact, I learned a lot of Spanish because of him!

Give that lady of yours (Ironic, right?) an ear rub for me. I think she may be one of the best gifts you ever received. And, best of all, she gifted herself to you. Funny how pets do that, ain’t it 😻?
