Have you changed your diet recently, Randy? If you diet to lose weight or to be healthier, your tastes often change. Just like drugs, the more we eat salty, spicy, or sugary foods the more we crave them, partially because our taste buds become "immune" to the stronger tastes, so we have to keep increasing the heat, salt, and sugar. If you avoided those foods for a while, they may be too overpowering now.
