It disturbs me to think that the people of color here on Medium, particularly black women, are not heard, that their posts are buried because of filtering systems and algorithms.
Can’t we be better than that? Can’t we be inclusive and promote the voices of ALL those who have something vital to say?
Ev Williams, you’re a smart guy. Please figure out a better way of filtering without discriminating, without eliminating the voices that need to be heard.
