Hi, kat, thanks for your kind words but from what you wrote I fear you may misunderstand the situation. My grandchildren moved far away. No one died. I write a great deal about that but maybe you haven’t read any of my other posts.

With that said, I am grieving the loss of them in a profound way. I helped raise them. My daughter and grandchildren lived with us for 7 years and I co-parented with her. I miss them so damn much and don’t know when I will see them again. So far away.
