Honestly, who is that? Trump claims no responsibility. The head of Homeland Security is a cold hearted reptile who grovels at Trump’s feet. Who has the responsibility of reuniting those children with their parents? Does anyone with any power or authority even care?

The daily onslaught of mind-boggling lies, threats, misdirections, and scandals erase whatever horror happened the day before. We can’t keep up. It would be more than a full time job to keep track of this administration’s atrocities.

Yes, we can march, write, call, tweet, even scream from the tops of trees but those in power ignore and ridicule protesters, and I have no doubt that soon activists will be jailed or killed.

Seriously, Erik, all of us peasants are overwhelmed, frustrated, confused, angry, and desperate. Most days I feel like the moral fabric of our society is in shreds.
