I admire your fortitude to continue with the challenge, Juan. Sorry to hear your virus numbers are climbing. Ours are astronomical. Ben and I don't go to restaurants or get take out - with the exception of pastries from a neighborhood bakery. We know the owners and know how careful they were even before the pandemic (their daughter who decorates cakes has an auto-immune disease). Alas, my wheat allergy exploded in 2020 so pastries are off-limits for me.
