I am greatly honored, Jack!

I almost never click on those writing pieces. I used to, thinking I'd learn something. I didn't. Such repetitious writing. Worthless, over all. I stopped more than a year ago, much as you are doing now.

I have to say I love the new email subscription option. Now, I can more easily keep up with my favorite writers, like you, Jack! A nice little email in my inbox, announcing that Jack or Anne Bonfert or Susan Allison or several others have been busy writing and/or taking photos. So convenient!

I like one-time writing challenges. Although, early in my Medium career, I used to join the multiple-day ones. They actually were a great incentive to encourage me to write regularly and helped me establish a consistent writing habit. Now, well, it's a habit, and I don't need or want the pressure to produce on someone else's schedule.
