I am hopeful, too, Penny, about the cabinets and countertops. Still haven't signed a contract, but the company is actually in Orlando, about two hours away, and I still want to see the counter samples. But they seem like nice, honest guys.

I've never done anything like leaving the house with a pot boiling. I'm still beating myself up about that.
