Your poem captures the experience brilliantly. As I read, I realized I was barely breathing. That's how powerful your descriptions were.

I also want to comment on mandatory yoga classes in school. That is amazing. I wish schools here had such classes. But, truthfully, the alt-right Christians often consider yoga to be demonic. Yes, seriously. They think it's devil worship. I've had Christians tell me I was going to hell because I attended yoga classes (as an adult).
