I could feel the storm from your photo and words, Anna. I am quite a weather-junkie so this piece is particularly interesting for me.

At this time of year, we have almost daily storms here in Florida. Some last ten minutes, some lasting for 2 hours. We've been inundated with rain recently. Although probably more than is typical, not all that unusual. It is hurricane season, after all. Fortunately, nothing heading our way, although two hurricanes are slated to hit Louisianna & Texas tomorrow, Tuesday, and Wednesday. First time in recorded weather history that 2 hurricanes will hit the same area within a 48-hour span.

I hope you are doing well and staying safe.
