I didn’t see it until the mention drew my attention. People are crazy busy this time of year and many want to push away politics and social issues to concentrate on the holidays and a few happy days. Can’t blame them. Although I totally lack a Christmas mood this year and am not celebrating in any way, I find myself skipping some of the more serious posts recently. 2018 was exhausting, personally and nationally. I think many, myself included, need a respite.

I’ve been off my reading game due to family visiting and my husband contracting shingles, which I recently experienced myself.
