Like water over jagged edges
Detouring to smooth paths,
Softening the ragged ones,
Gathering in pools,
Cool and refreshing,
Gushing forward,
Rushed and consuming,
Then
Meandering and trickling,
Teasing and tantalizing,
I fell for you
Like a waterfall.
