I have no idea why we didn't receive notice of the work. There was a homeowners' association meeting via Zoom a couple of weeks ago, but I was working. I checked the HOA's website for minutes of the meeting and none were posted. Perhaps, it was discussed at the meeting, but anyone who didn't attend wouldn't have known about it. At the least, we should have received an email or notices on our doors. I saw the roofers working a in different circle and assumed, since we didn't receive notice of work to be done, that there was only enough money for some of the buildings to be re-roofed.

Yesterday was very stressful for many reasons. Today, they are still working but it's not as loud. Looks like they won't finish today.
