I have raged against the retail monster many times — often with success, sometime with failure — but the rage itself was worth it! Don’t go down without a fight. Write a letter — a real letter on paper mailed with a stamp — to the PRESIDENT or CEO of the company. That has been my most successful tactic. Don’t give up!
