I have to admit that I haven’t practiced much sound therapy since Captain Argentina’s blood pressure has been medicinally controlled. I pulled out my Tibetan bells after reading your piece and used them for first time in quite a while. When our grandchildren still lived here, they often used the bowl and bells. I guess one reason I’ve neglected sound therapy is that hearing the bells and bowl floods me with memories of the children and I become so sad. I hope to find a way past that association so I can enjoy the sounds as I once did.
