I knew that cats sometimes fail to recognize one another due to changes in scent but didn't know it could be so extreme and last so long!

One of the biggest problems with our diets is that Ben has to get most of his protein from meat because he can't eat much dairy or nuts and I get almost all my protein from dairy and nuts. Most of the vegetables he is allowed to eat and likes are raw veggies in salads, and my system can only handle a very small amount of raw vegetables. On the plus side, he is eating some plant-based meat substitutes but only for breakfast with eggs and I detest eggs in the morning. It's so complicated!!

I think most of my digestive problems this week stemmed from eating a salad and having a small glass of wine on Monday. The wine was very stupid of me. I thought a very small glass would be okay, but I was very wrong, especially because I paired it with a salad.
