I knew you would have a caregiving-in-a-hotel response for the prompt, Kim! First, it's good to know that Dave is doing well. Sorry you were bored, but that's to be expected under the circumstances. Fortunately, you came prepared, but are we ever prepared for hours of downtime? At least, you were productive most of the time. I think the lack of activity would drive me crazy. When Ben was hospitalized in the past, I would read a book while walking up and down the hall as he slept. I simply could not sit for another moment!!
