I know, it's so disappointing. My assistant at a client's office didn't get vaccinated and she came down with Covid - don't know if it was the Delta variant or not, but it was very worrisome for me since we share a small office space (we work different hours). I also had to cover the two weeks that she was out.

And, I discovered that two other people in that office aren't vaccinated. One says that as a Christian, she won't take a vaccine with stem cells of aborted babies. From what I read, there are no aborted baby stem cells in the vaccine and the stem cells used for the research were grown from 60-year-old kidney cells. Bottom line is that if she or one of her children or grandchildren were dying from Covid and needed a medication to survive, she would not question whether the medication had anything to do with aborted baby stem cells. She would take the medicine and would give approval for her love ones to take the medicine. So frigging selfish that people won't do the right thing before they or their family member get sick.

The other anti-vaxxer in the office is in her 70s. When she was in college, 50-odd years ago, someone she knew supposedly got a regular flu shot and came down with the flu. I question the validity of the story, but even if it's true, that was 50 f-ing years ago! And, it was a flu shot, not a virus shot. Get over it already!!!!!!!
