I know that our turtles are so hard to photograph, Kim. As soon as they hear the smallest sound, they slip into the water. I had to sneak up on these and even then, I was at least 4 dozen yards away.

My birding friend, Gina, lives about 10 miles northeast of me, out in the country on 40 acres. As I took that photo, she texted me to get outside and see the sunset because it was amazing.
