I love that word but can NEVER remember how to spell it — have to look it up every, single time!

The previous owner had a Realtor friend with whom she planned on listing the townhome — never happened because we found out about it 3 months before she planned on listing it. Anyway, her Realtor friend said no one would ever buy a place with such colors. Besides the accent walls I mentioned in the piece, there is a purple wall in the guest room and the guest bath is kelly green. The master bed and bath are painted a more normal light blue. Kathy was devastated thinking she would have to repaint her beloved accent walls and was delighted when we loved them as much as she did. No painting necessary. In fact, I added the aqua accent wall in the living room and she loved it — she lives nearby and stops by often.
