I must admit, Dan, I was a little surprised when you took such a long vacation away from your garden!

I don't plant vegetables but I've done nothing to my flowers and bushes. The heat is brutal. For me and for the plants. Since I think future summers will be as hot if not hotter, I am reluctant to waste time, water, and money trying to save plants that will be attacked by extreme heat every summer.
