I remember these printers, Louise. In the late 70s, I worked in one of the corporate offices for the vacuum cleaner company, Electrolux. My payroll department and all the other financial departments wrote info on pages with blocks. Those pages went to the data punch department where they were turned into cards that were fed into a computer that was at least twice the size of my Toyota Corolla and occupied a room larger than the payroll department that had 12 employees, 12 desks, and rows of filing cabinets.
