I sympathize, Jack, but you're doing the right thing, although I'd be hard pressed to get rid of that spectacular library. Wow, it's impressive.

I'm downsizing without knowing what I'm downsizing for. Eventually, I'll move north to live my daughter and her family, but they don't have space for me now and were already wanting to buy a larger home. To that end, they signed major home updating contracts before Ben passed. The work won't be completed until sometime next year, but it will make their house more marketable. Who knows what they will buy and how much space there'll be for me. A bedroom? A mother-in-law suite? A separate cottage? A least you know the space you'll occupy at some point. Best of luck!
