I think the bike idea is fabulous. I've seen photos of others in, I believe, England or Scotland.

I once used a small patio table and two chairs as flowerpots. The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, so I used them and the table to hold pots of flowers under a tree in my yard. That was in our old neighborhood. When we moved, I donated the table and chairs.
