I understand that was your intention, but those types of platitudes can be offensive to anyone who is at risk, which in this case is anyone of color, immigrants, people of certain faiths, anyone who is LGBTQ+, everyone in Ukraine and Palestine, and all women of childbearing age. I just had to write something that acknowledges those at risk. Not everyone survives political autrocities to come through the other side stronger. Sorry if I offended you, Beth, but I had to stand up for the most vulnerable.
