I will be 65 this year. Still working and will be for several years, if possible, but, hopefully, with fewer hours (I now average 50 or more). In spite of not being retired, I’m enjoying my age and feeling freer than ever before. I care less about what people think and have a better understanding of what is important and what is fluff. My creativity is renewed and I’m having so much fun with it!

There are definite advantages to this getting older thing and it pleases me greatly to read pieces like yours that praise the advantages, rather than reading complaints about the disadvantages.
