I would love to bake with you, Divina. These days, I bake alone. I miss my grandchildren working side-by-side with me in the kitchen.

I didn't learn to bake as a child. My mother died when I was an infant, and my father was an excellent cook, but not a baker. I didn't start baking until my grandchildren showed an interest. After they moved, I stopped but started up again because of my food allergies. I really love baking now, and I watch lots of baking shows.
