If someone doesn't realize how complex your job is, they are stupid or aren't paying attention, Anne. The complexity of what you do is mindboggling. You hold the lives of people in your hands! You give multitasking a new meaning. I've always been impressed with what you do - the skydiving, the traveling, the adventures - all of it.
