If this is your swansong, Chris, you made it a damn good one. Surprisingly, encouraging and inspirational from a guy who rivals Stephen King in horror stories!

I, personally, will be saddened if you leave Medium, but I understand your reasoning for going.

Your stories engage me in a way no others on Medium have. And, I will confess, I am still working on The Auction. Work has detoured all my time. I hope to finish it tomorrow but, in a way, hate to if it is the last of your tales I will read.
