I’m well-practiced at giving up on dreams. Just another day.

The longer piece was a response to my W&W writing prompt for November. Would have written regardless of the MPP brouhaha.

My longer pieces don’t do as well as my poetry or pieces that center around photography. I’m lucky if a long piece gets over 500 claps — usually, they languish around 300. So, write long things no one reads or short pieces that get a lot of attention but garner low reading time stats. No way to beat the system.
