Interesting post, alto! This texture challenge has been a winner with many great responses. I moaned about it at first since I am not someone who notices or is sensitive to textures but, as I concentrated, my eyes saw more than they had before. Now I notice textures everywhere!

The fact that so many have posted parts 2 and 3 for this challenge indicates that they, too, are having eye-opening experiences.
