It is an overwhelming experience, especially when you go during the traditionally busy times and especially when you go with children. I actually enjoy Disney sans kids but haven’t been in many, many years.

I would be up for the experience IF I didn’t have to drive there (traffic all around Orlando and particularly Disney is insane) and IF I went during an “off” time and IF my fellow companions were older than 10. Although, even during off days/weeks, Disney is still crowded.

My grandchildren are now 10 and 12 and could handle it and not be overly obnoxious, although my granddaughter hates to sweat so we’d have to go when it’s not hot and there are very few days in Florida that meet that criteria! I’d prefer going with adults and being able to skip all the long lines for rides that I’ve already been on multiple times over the years.

Actually, the best way to do Disney is to stay in a hotel on their campus IF you can afford that! Then, you can choose times of day to go to the Magic Kingdom and rest in between.

I can’t imagine Alaskans would ever welcome Disney or anything like it!!

I am happy you enjoyed my story.
