I’ve noticed that sometimes my claps appear to register when I am using my phone but when I access the piece from a PC, my claps are not there. I’ve also told someone, who is a regular clapper for my work, that he/she might be interested in such-and-such that I wrote, assuming he/she did not see it because I don’t see any claps from them, and the response is that he/she did read and clap for the piece. Every time it is someone who does all or most of their Medium reading from a phone.
