January 30, 2017 — North Central Florida

The day started off cloudless and brilliant and ended the same. Air was a little more than chilly by Florida standards, and jackets and scarves were needed by many. Today I reached my most urgent work deadline and the weight on my shoulders was a little lighter, enough to reward myself by leaving work before dark. The next deadlines are more fluid, not as urgent. Still, my workload for the next month will be weighty and my hours will be nearly as numerous as in January but with less intensity. Perhaps I can sneak out to take a few walks in between clients during February. The upcoming early spring weather calls for my attention.
