Juan, I cannot take credit for the tortas - my husband makes them. I simply enjoy them - well, I did before the dreaded wheat allergy.

Those hands in the photo belong to my grandchildren. They moved far away. Once, Ben made torta fritas and FedEx'd them over 1,000 miles so the kids could have them for breakfast. It may be time to do that again. But, selfishly, I will be so sad to have tortas here and not be able to indulge!

I miss eating out and eating what I want. But, I found a great food service that has yummy meals without my allergens. Still, not the same as Ben's cooking!!
