Katrina, your photo essay applies to so much of our country. Our nation is as divided as your city. My city leans liberal and has one of the few, and maybe only, mask mandates in the state. But, we are surrounded by towns where you can spend several hours in businesses and restaurants and not see more than a half-dozen masks, if that many. Our city voted solidly for Biden but no areas around us did. I feel there is little hope for unity in my remaining lifetime.
