Love this, Tej! I haven't had a good chai in such a long time. I used to buy a chai mix online but the site closed down years ago. Locally, I haven't found anything worth buying or drinking.

Funny, but I don't drink chai in the summer. It's a cool weather drink for me, but I would appreciate having a batch ready when Florida finally gets its first chill in November!
