Marcus, I have a friend here in Florida who lives on 40 acres in the country. She often uses the Merlin App to identify birds that she hears but can't see. Several times, Merlin has identified a particular bird sound as "red junglefowl", so your piece made me smile. She is 100% sure there are no red junglefowl on her Florida acres!
