Menopause was a breeze for me, perhaps because I didn’t dread it and actually welcomed a simpler life without those monthly inconveniences.

Once consumed with what others think of me, now I honestly don’t give a damn. Other than physical limitations and the aching joints of age, I feel more powerful in my 60’s than I ever did in my younger years.
