My husband is Argentinian and blends his own coffee mix from 7 different types of coffees. The types vary depending on availability and gifts (People know he loves coffee!) but right now the blend contains Columbian, African, Honduran, Cuban, Hawaiian hazelnut, amaretto, and French vanilla. Of all those, Honduran and Columbian are our favorites. The Honduran comes from a coffee plantation owned by a friend’s father near San Pedro Sula.
