My husband needs hearing aids — really, really needs them. But, for his hearing loss situation they cost $4,000+. Not covered by Medicare (most people don’t know that) or his supplemental. Medicare doesn’t cover eyeglasses, dental, or vision. It will keep you alive but you’ll be toothless, deaf, and blind. Our government is so caring.
