My vet is a bat expert, has a bat house in her parking lot, and regularly has orphaned baby bats hanging from the collar of her lab jacket and a QTip and formula in her pocket so she feed them on schedule. The University of Florida has the two largest occupied bat houses in the world:

Hordes of people gather in the evening to watch the bats emerge. Amazing to watch.
