Oh, my, hannah miller , that would not work in Manhattan! No room to maneuver them, no place to park them on streets or put them in a train. So many places are not handicap accessible. Often elevators are out of service. The first time I visited there I was appalled at the lack of accommodations for the handicapped and elderly. But, I appreciate the caring suggestion.
